Lumina Leadership Group (Lumina) provides and aligns customized physician and executive leadership development to the strategic vision. Lumina is a leadership program that is customized to meet the client’s needs with a selection of learning development sessions, as well as a hands-on coaching/ mentoring program and development assessments that provide deep insights into individual leadership strengths and areas for growth. 

Doug McKinley, Psy.D., MCC, Managing Principal and Lumina Director specializes in working with business leaders, helping them grow, become more effective, and reach their full potential. An experienced clinician, Doug and the entire Lumina team guide physicians, executives, and their organizations.

Our faculty include a select group of multidisciplinary individuals including experienced physicians, health care executives, medical group administrators, business coaches and mentors, change management consultants, business strategy advisors, and authors, who have a strong track record in organizational performance and leadership development. Our faculty are frequently called upon by healthcare industry professional associations (i.e., American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and Medical Group Management Association) to publish and present on financial, clinical, and operational performance; healthcare trends and strategy; change management and leadership, among others.
